After graduating from l'UQAM (2011) with a bachelor's degree in contemporary dance, I felt the need to better understand the human body, its functions and mechanics. I was attracted by osteopathy's holistic approach.
In 2015, I completed my studies at the Montreal College of Osteopathy, hence receiving a bachelor's degree from the University of Wales (UK) - a partering University. For my post-graduate thesis, I then collaborated with a group of peers to explore the foundations of osteopathy in the cranial field and its effects on the cardio-vascular system. This project, which was recognized as the most innovative research of the year, led me to obtain my final Diploma in Osteopathy (D.O.) in 2019.
Attentive to my clients' needs, my gentle approach is adapted to people of all ages and to complaints such as discomfort of the head, visceral or musculoskeletal systems, to name a few. Since becoming a mother myself, I have also developed a particular interest in working with babies and women during pregnancy and post-partum period.
I prioritize people's well-being and favor collaboration with other health professionals to better prevent health issues, reduce discomforts and maintain optimal health.
I now offer osteopathic services in Brome-Missisquoi's village of Stanbridge East. I am a member of
Ostéopathie Québec.
